Services of the Chaplain
A military chaplain serves the regiment in all matters spiritual, ceremonial, and consoling. Most rites are brief; longer matters may be arranged on request.
A consecration of weapon, armor, and warrior before they take the field. Brief, dignified, and proper before the lists.
Formal ritual marking ground, person, banner, or vessel as set apart. The thurible is carried, the words are spoken, and the rite is recorded in the Chaplain's ledger.
Wedding ceremonies, oaths of fealty, partnership accords, and other formal bindings before assembled witnesses.
Proper honors for the fallen, both regimental and otherwise. Names are entered into the Chaplain's roll of remembrance.
Confidential audience with the Chaplain on matters of conscience, conflict, contracts, or the soul. Held under seal.
Assistance with shanties, hymns, regimental songs, and ceremonial music for events of the Blades and their allies.
